Junior soccer gets kitted out

FOOTBALL Margaret River juniors were given their new training shirts at soccer practice last week.

Sponsors Acton Real Estate subsidised the purchase of the shirts, which junior football co-ordinator Paul Brown says helps to make the players feel they are all part of the club.

“Football Margaret River would like to thank Acton for their generous support and also Connie Steele, our very hardworking committee member, for organising the shirts,” Mr Brown said.

Kim Hewton from Acton said he saw sponsorship of junior soccer as a way of giving back to the community.

“We think Football Margaret River is a good growth sport and we wanted to be involved,” he said.
